RTA /WFM Senior Analyst & Specialist
Scheduler Specialist
Planning Specialist
Reporting Analyst
AM- RTA

Job Type:

Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
Minimum 1-5years of relevant experience as a RTA (preferred)
2yrs of experience in Reporting (Advanced Excel, Power BI )preferred for Reporting Specialist
2years of experience in WFM planning and scheduling will be preferred for Scheduler Specialist and Planning Specialist.
Min 1yr experience into people management(WFM) and 5+yrs of exp into WFM preferred for AM - RTA
Strong communication and analytical skills

Required Skills:

Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
Understanding of
Workforce Management (WFM)
tools/processes is must

Documents to Carry:

Updated Resume
Government ID Proof (Aadhar, PAN, etc.)
Recent Passport Size Photograph
Copies of Educational Certificates
