Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote

products/services.

• Handle inbound sales queries and convert leads into sales.

• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and confidently.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer questions.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Update CRM with accurate customer and lead information.

• Follow up with leads and ensure timely closures.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Skills :

• Proven experience in tele-sales or customer service (preferred).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

• Good command of English (and regional languages if required).

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
