Job Description

Key Responsibility Areas: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services. Handle inbound queries and convert leads into sales opportunities. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Follow up on leads and ensure timely resolution of customer queries. Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing and industry trends to effectively pitch offerings. Desired Profile: 1+ year of experience in tele-sales or a similar role. Strong communication and persuasive skills. Basic proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software. Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a target-driven approach. Experience in loan, insurance, or other sales-driven industries is a plus. Fluency in regional languages in addition to English/Hindi is an added advantage.
