What will you drive? Prepare and Manage Documentation : Assist in the preparation and organization of all vehicle related documents to ensure compliance and accuracy. Ensure Accuracy & Timeliness : Review and verify documents before submission to regulatory bodies, maintaining high standards of completeness and correctness. Follow Up & Issue Resolution : Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to documentation. Workflow Optimization : Support the team in streamlining documentation processes and improving overall efficiency. Customer & Stakeholder Communication : Engage with customers and relevant parties to collect necessary documents and provide timely updates on the documentation process. Who are we looking for? Educational Background: Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field Skills and Tools: Proven leadership and ownership capabilities. Expertise in RTO operations, Documentation processes, and RTO regulations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking. Skilled in managing reconciliations and ensuring numerical accuracy. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across teams. Creative Aptitude: Analytical mindset to optimize processes and solve issues with a solution-focused approach. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and process compliance. Automotive Enthusiasm: Passionate about the automotive industry, with a keen interest in operations and vehicle documentation.
