Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for R2R (Record to Report) Accountants, to be held on 23rd & 24th August in Gurgaon. The R2R Accountants role involves managing and executing end-to-end financial closing and reporting processes. The candidate will be responsible for preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, financial analysis, and reporting. They will also ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to address financial inquiries and discrepancies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Professional accounting skills including the ability to prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Analytical skills to conduct financial analysis and reporting
  • Familiarity with key accounting standards and compliance requirements
  • Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce is a must.
  • Knowledge of financial software and tools is an advantage
