Documents to Carry:

  • Hardcopy of your resume
  • Carry any photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport).

Role Designation: Global Administrative Support-HR

Work Model- Work from Office only (5 Days a week)

Job location: Bangalore

Experience: Fresher

Education: Minimum Graduate / Postgraduate

Shifts: General

Contract : 3-Month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC)

Major Responsibilities

Word Processing:

  • Access candidate resumes from the Branding queue
  • Update formatting of the existing document into an LHH-approved format, changing fonts, removing tables, copying and pasting content, etc.
  • Update candidate records when the work has been completed
  • Adhere to SLAs with regard to daily volume of work, turn around time on each document and quality standards
  • Manage document storage in line with LHH privacy guidelines

Supporting candidates:

  • Update candidate records in accurately and in a timely manner, as directed.

Key skills:

  • Intermediate Microsoft Word capabilities
  • Initiative and problem solving skills
  • Ability to convert documents in other formats PDF, google doc, etc.
  • Ability to work quickly and consistently
  • Professional communication skills in English
  • Attention to detail
  • Capability to follow standard formatting guidelines independently
  • Reliable attendance and production levels
