Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Review timesheets, work charts, wage computations, and other information to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.
Process paperwork for new hires and enter employee information into the payroll system.
Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto

designated records.

Compute wages and deductions and enter data into the payroll system.
Track leave time, including vacation, personal, and sick leave for employees. Process and issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions.
Compile employee time, production, and payroll data from various records and issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors.
Evaluate the gate in/out log to enter man-hours and create Excel spreadsheets to track man-hours and overtime.
Act as a liaison for all human resource activities between the time office and the processing plant.
Responsible for receiving inventory and maintaining accurate logs. Prepare routing documents for internal and external shipping and receiving.
Collaborate with senior management on month-end reports and provide administrative support as needed.
