Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Conducted a detailed study and comparison of the legacy system (Material Master, Bill of Material (BOM), Work Centers and Routings) vis--vis business process requirements for identifying grey areas and mapping solutions for the same Provide application support of day-to-day issue of ticket related to MM/PP/QM/PS MOULDE through system Maintain inspection types in the Quality Management (QM) module including inspection plans and sampling procedures. Work on Make-To-Stock (MTS) and Make-To-Order (MTO) scenarios and their integration with other modules. Work on customization settings for PP Master Data including Bill of Material (BOM), Routings and Work Centres in a discrete manufacturing environment Setting-up PP Maste Data, Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Bill of Material (BOM), routings, work centres / resources, and planning order management . Acting as a mentor for project related Knowledge Transfer to the new joiners in the team. Prepare detailed documents of As-Is study; developing the detailed To-Be process to suit the clients objectives. Provide Production Support, resolving the Incidents related to Production and quality department, MRP and interfaces Handle customization, configuration, and enhancement related issues. Handle tickets as per established service level agreements (SLA) with the clients. Technical Skills: ERP: SAP R/3 ECC 6.0 /S/4 HANA Application Components: SAP- MM, FICO,PM, PP & QM.
