Job Purpose :

Supervisor reserves the authority to allocate official work related to bank as and when required depending upon the situation of the branch keeping his Supervisor in loop.
Managing the newly acquired customers and recovering the interest on the loans and ensuring zero non- performing assets.
Cross sell liability products to the jewel loan borrowers.
Wherever a coex is provided, manage and monitor his performance
