Note:

Talents should have graduation completion certificate, mark sheets & relevant experience letters for onboarding.

Additional information:

• 1-2 years of full-time work experience in BPO/BPM industry and especially Mortgage (Servicing and Origination) and Retail Banking (Investment Services) domain experience will be the added advantage.
• Candidate needs to have 15 years of full-time education and Any non-Technical Graduate.
• Proficient with basic computer knowledge
• Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments
• Comfortable to work in complete night shifts
• Excellent verbal, written communication, interpretation and active listening skills
• Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge
• Should be comfortable working from office.

Candidates to carry mobile charger and ear/headphones to the hiring venue for in-person assessments and evaluations

Mandatory to carry Smartphone and Headset for Assessment, ID proof Hardcopy.
