Key Responsibilities:

To be innovative, flexible, and quality conscious while delivering on client engagements, candidates, coordinating with clients, external vendors & connecting with various recruiters/HR contributing to internal processes of the organization. To deliver on stretched targets and extended goals as and when required.

• To brief the Career Transition (CT) program details to the candidates & onboarding them for the CT program.
• Engage with the candidates & manage their emotions, empathize and provide solutions on a week-on-week basis.
• Working on Brand building for candidates- Resumes, Cover Letters and LinkedIn profiles.
• Coordination with Coaches to schedule the coaching sessions based on Coachs experience and domain/industry.
• To ensure weekly Candidate interventions, multiple times as required for solutioning and progress.
• To identify new job opportunities with new or existing clients in the job market.
• Adherence to internal processes & contribute to internal activities.
