Engage with the candidates & manage their emotions, empathize and provide solutions on a week-on-week basis. Working on Brand building for candidates- Resumes, Cover Letters and LinkedIn profiles. Coordination with Coaches to schedule the coaching sessions based on Coachs experience and domain/industry. To ensure weekly Candidate interventions, multiple times as required for solutioning and progress. To identify new job opportunities with new or existing clients in the job market. Adherence to internal processes & contribute to internal activities.
