A waitress serves customers in a restaurant by greeting them, taking food and drink orders, presenting menus, delivering meals, and handling payments. • Customer Interaction:Greet guests, lead them to tables, present menus, and provide information about specials or menu items.
• Order Management:Accurately take food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
• Food & Beverage Service:Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and correctly.
• Guest Experience:Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns or complaints effectively.
