Waitress

Job Summary:

We are looking for a well-groomed, courteous, and energetic Waitress to provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests. The ideal candidate should be confident, polite, and passionate about hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and present menus.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
• Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and handle requests or complaints promptly.
• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Upsell specials and menu items to enhance guest experience.
• Collaborate with other team members for smooth service operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waitress/waiter preferred (training can be provided).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage items.
