Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Waiter / F&B Associate to support our Food & Beverage Operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of F&B Operations in a Hotel. We welcome applications from candidates with hotel experience residing in any of the following districts of Kerala - Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Alappuzha, Pathanamthitta, Kottayam, Idukki, Ernakulam, Thrissur, Palakkad, Malappuram, Kozhikode, Wayanad, Kannur, and Kasaragod. Responsibilities: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any complaints or concerns promptly. Monitor and maintain service quality standards. Interact with customers to gather feedback and make improvements. Opening and closing procedures of the outlets. Ensure that the F&B Outlets are clean, organized, and well-maintained. Manage inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain safety standards. Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements: Minimum 1 years of experience in F&B Associate role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Experience in premium Dining. Analytical, Problem solving, troubleshooting & planning expertise Through knowledge of different Materials, equipment's & finishes Team builder & high degree of ethics and integrity Aptitude to undertake wide & diverse range of tasks Good communication with guests and team. Willing to do multi-tasking.
