Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Serve food and drinks to guests as guided by the captain or manager.
Keep the dining area, tables, and service stations clean and ready.
Refill water, clean tables after guests leave, and set up for the next order.
Help captains during busy hours by carrying food and assisting in service.
Follow all
hygiene, grooming, and safety rules
.
Make sure guests are comfortable and respond politely if they need help.
Report any customer request or issue to the captain or manager immediately.
Maintain a
clean and disciplined attitude
during working hours.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

13 years of experience
in a restaurant or hotel.
Knows basic
food serving and table setup
.
Can speak
Tamil
(basic English is a plus).
Should be
neat, polite, and hardworking
.
Ready to work in
rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
.
Must maintain good
personal hygiene and grooming
.
