• End-to-end vTiger setup and optimization
• Module configuration for Leads, Deals, Tickets, Campaigns, Projects, Customer Success
• Custom workflows, automation, and role-based dashboards
• KPI and reporting framework setup
• CRM integrations (Email, WhatsApp, Telephony, Lead Forms, Analytics tools)
• Data migration and cleanup
• Team training + adoption enablement
• Post Go-live support and stabilization
• Deep hands-on vTiger implementation experience
• Strong understanding of sales funnels and CRM processes
• Workflow automation, reports, dashboards
• Experience with API integrations
• CRM data structuring & migration knowledge
• Team training and change management experience
• Experience in SaaS / B2B tech environments
• Knowledge of telephony / WhatsApp CRM integrations
• CRM performance optimization
• Fully configured and live vTiger CRM
• Functional KPI dashboards per department
• Trained internal users
• Post-implementation support & documentation
