Vice President – Partnerships & Alliances

• Lead sponsorship acquisition for festivals, securing new and untapped alliances.
• Develop innovative sales packages and consultative solutions for big-ticket sponsors.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring revenue growth.
• Contribute to brand positioning and create market strategies for sponsorship.
• Collaborate with production and festival teams on festival concepts, pitches, and presentations.
• Build and nurture relationships with key sponsors, agencies, and partners for sustained business growth.
• Track industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
• Guide and mentor the team in achieving collective targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Festival & Design) to develop impactful marketing collateral.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of proven experience in sponsorship acquisition/sales with a strong track record of securing high-value deals.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Deep understanding of marketing, branding, and sponsorship trends.
• Results-driven leader with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
