Role Overview

VP Technology / Architect Broking Product

Key Responsibilities

Design and lead development of a scalable and secure broking platform with order execution, OMS/RMS, risk, and compliance modules.
Define architecture standards for low-latency trading, high availability, and data integrity.
Build and optimize integrations with NSE/BSE, CDSL/NSDL, payment gateways, and banks.
Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure SEBI-regulated features are implemented efficiently.
Ensure system performance, throughput, and fault tolerance through microservices and event-driven architecture.
Drive automation, data analytics, and AI-led personalization in trading experiences.
Mentor engineering teams on backend, frontend, and DevOps best practices.

Key Requirements

15–22 years of experience in building trading or capital market technology platforms.
Deep expertise in
OMS/RMS
,
market connectivity
,
exchange integration
, and
real-time order management
.
Proven skills in
microservices
,
cloud-native architecture
,
APIs
, and
security frameworks
.
Prior experience in a
stockbroking, fintech, or capital markets
firm.
Strong understanding of
SEBI compliance
and capital market workflows.
B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related discipline.

Strong ownership and delivery mindset.
Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and deliver under regulatory rigor.
