Ready to build the workplace of the future?

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will own 2–3 anchor BFSI accounts and be directly responsible for driving allocation growth, wallet share expansion, and CXO-level partnerships. You will partner with internal Strategy Managers to ensure profitable delivery, and with senior leadership to transform pilots into anchors.


What You’ll Do


1. Account Growth

  • Own revenue expansion in 2–3 large BFSI accounts (₹20Cr+ portfolios).
  • Build and execute quarterly account growth plans.
  • Expand allocations across delinquency buckets and products


2. CXO Engagement

  • Lead strategic business reviews with client leadership.
  • Position DPDzero as their priority collections partner.
  • Secure renewals and protect revenue base.


3. Delivery Alignment

  • Partner with operations to ensure target GPs are met on expansions.
  • Translate account growth plans into execution strategies

4. Team Management

  • Manage 1–2 Account Managers who handle daily SPOC-level relationships.
  • Review and guide their work (allocation tracking, MBR/QBR prep, expansion pushes).
  • Build their capability to eventually handle larger accounts independently.


Key Skills & Experience

  • 6–8 years in fintech partnerships, BFSI account management, or consulting.
  • Proven experience book of business worth ₹20Cr+
  • Track record of mentoring or managing account managers.
  • Strong account growth mindset – not just renewals, but actual expansion.
  • Data-driven, comfortable with ROI models and dashboards.
  • MBA from IIM, ISB, or Tier-1 B-School mandatory.
