Job Description

The Vice President - Sales & Marketing will be a key strategic leader responsible for driving revenue growth by integrating Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management. The role demands a visionary leader who can develop and execute go-to-market strategies, optimize customer experience, and enhance the brand s market positioning to achieve aggressive business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership

Formulate and execute the overall

Sales & Marketing strategy

aligned with the company s growth objectives.
Drive

annual revenue targets

, ensuring consistent sales performance across all projects.
Partner with the management team to identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.
Provide strategic inputs in

pricing, positioning, and product mix

to maximize profitability.

2. Sales Management

Lead and mentor the

Sales team

to achieve monthly and annual booking and collection targets.
Monitor lead conversion ratios, sales funnel efficiency, and customer acquisition cost.
Build robust channel partner networks and institutional sales strategies.
Review sales forecasts, performance dashboards, and implement corrective measures.

3. Marketing & Brand Management

Oversee

marketing communication, branding, and digital initiatives

for all projects.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to generate qualified leads.
Ensure brand consistency and creative innovation across all collaterals and media.
Collaborate with agencies for advertising, PR, and event management to strengthen brand recall.

4. CRM & Customer Experience

Lead the

CRM function

to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and referrals.
Monitor post-sales operations agreements, registrations, handovers, and complaint resolutions.
Implement customer engagement programs and satisfaction surveys to improve service standards.

5. Market Intelligence & Reporting

Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics to guide strategic decisions.
Generate and present detailed

MIS reports

on sales, marketing ROI, and customer analytics.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the real estate market.
Expertise in

integrated marketing, sales operations, and customer lifecycle management

.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
Strategic thinker with execution excellence and data-driven decision-making.

Qualification:

MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management.
Proven track record in leading large sales & marketing teams, preferably in Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure sector.
