Job Description

Barclays is looking for VP Regulatory Reporting to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Oversee and manage the preparation of regulatory reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Develop and implement effective reporting strategies to meet regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and data for reporting purposes.
Analyze and interpret complex regulations and laws to ensure compliance.
Manage and mentor a team of reporters, providing guidance and support.
Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements and frameworks.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other reporting tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
