Job Description

As the VP of Operations at an AI-enabled Studio, your primary responsibility will be to lead and scale the entire backend operations encompassing various functions such as operations, technology, AI, and post-production. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and high-quality delivery to global clients, overseeing 24/7 operational workflows, and fostering cross-functional alignment to drive growth. Your leadership will directly impact around 200 professionals, necessitating a strategic operator with startup experience, global exposure, and a scale-up mindset. **Key Responsibilities:** - Operational Leadership: - Lead and manage a team of 200+ professionals spanning operations, technology, AI, and other functions. - Develop and enhance systems and workflows to enhance scalability and efficiency. - Client Delivery & Quality: - Ensure 100% adherence to client commitments with timely delivery and top-notch quality. - Establish and uphold delivery benchmarks in line with global standards. - Cross-Functional Leadership: - Coordinate technology, AI, and creative operations to provide seamless client solutions. - Collaborate with product, tech, and client-facing teams to drive continuous improvement. - People & Culture: - Inspire, mentor, and cultivate high-performance teams across diverse functions. - Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and innovation. - Scaling & Growth: - Forecast challenges associated with a scaling business and proactively design solutions. - Implement performance-driven KPIs and metrics to ensure operational efficiency. - International Client Engagement: - Manage and nurture relationships with global clients while understanding cultural and business nuances. - Uphold delivery excellence and customer satisfaction across different regions. - Strategic Leadership: - Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to outline operational strategy. - Play a pivotal role in transitioning clients from high-growth to global scalability. **Qualifications:** - 10-15 years of professional experience with a minimum of 4-5 years in a high-growth start-up or scale-up environment. - Demonstrated track record of leading large teams (150+ individuals) across various functions. - Strong operational and strategic leadership capabilities with a focus on balancing scale and speed. - Hands-on experience with international clients and familiarity with global delivery standards. - Prior exposure to technology and/or AI-driven environments will be advantageous. - High resilience and adaptability to manage 24/7 operations. - A dynamic and ambitious leader with a builders mindset, capable of excelling in fast-paced and evolving settings.,
