The Opportunity

This role is more than a job it s a chance to define how one of India s most trusted consumer brands shows up in the world. You ll lead the full marketing charter: Brand, Performance, and Social. From emotionally resonant storytelling to ROI-driven performance, you ll operate at the sweet spot of creativity and commercial impact.
You ll be empowered with resources, backed by leadership, and expected to move fast.

What You ll Own

  • Brand narratives that reflect cultural depth and emotional relevance
  • Performance marketing across channels Google, Meta, CRM, and more with a strong ROI focus
  • Social media strategies that build authentic communities
  • Cultural, category, and consumer insights to drive relevance and resonance
  • End-to-end campaign execution from creative development to go-to-market
  • A high-performing team that s ready to disrupt and grow

What You Bring

  • 8-12 years of experience in consumer/tech/D2C marketing
  • Proven expertise in ATL, BTL, digital, and social campaigns
  • Managed annual marketing budgets of 50-100 Cr+
  • Strong track record of linking creative efforts to business results
  • Experience in dynamic environments startups, scale-ups, or turnarounds
  • MBA preferred, but grit, humility, and execution matter more
  • Based in or open to relocating to Mumbai
