As a leader in the Property & Casualty division, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans that align with the overall company objectives. Monitoring and controlling the division's budget, expenses, and financial performance will be part of your responsibilities. Identifying opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and digital solutions to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience will be crucial.
