VP - Head of Finance (Banks Only)

Job Title: Head of Finance

Experience Range: 15+ Years

Location: Mumbai

Must be from an Indian BANK

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

1. Closure of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement of the bank under IGAAP and IND AS for Holding Company under IND-AS
2. Timely processing of Accounts Payable Invoice as per agreed TAT and submission of various MIS
3. Closure of Fixed Assets in line with the timelines and Accounting Standards
4. Closure of Accounts Receivable in line with the timelines and Accounting Standards
5. Understanding of RBI circular, SEBI, and other relevant regulation
6. Complying with Internal Financial Controls
7. Dealing with Statutory, internal, and concurrent auditor
8. Dealing with RBI inspector
9. Preparation of various MIS on Daily/Weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
10. Well versed with IGAAP and IND-AS standards
11. Well versed with RBI Regulations applicable to the Banks
12. Oracle System Ownership including maintenance, new changes and initiatives, development, reporting
13. Managing the Accounting Aspects in related to the LMS and CBS and feeds from the respective LMS/CBS System to Oracle
14. Part of the Enterprise Data Warehouse Team which centralizes the data warehouse of the Bank
15. Providing Guidance to management in terms of new accounting norms/ implementation of the same.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

a) Well versed with various GAAP mainly IGAAP and IND AS

a) Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
