Job Description

Key responsibilities

Define and execute a finance operations service delivery strategy covering FPA support, accounting operations, AP / AR, treasury support, tax operations, and financial reporting.
Build and lead centralized finance shared services, establishing SLAs, KPIs, and governance to deliver consistent, cost-effective outcomes across markets.
Drive standardization and continuous improvement, balancing global process consistency with local statutory and regulatory requirements.
Strengthen governance, controls, and audit readiness, ensuring robust documentation, compliance, and effective risk management.
Lead technology enablement and automation, partnering with IT to drive ERP enhancements, RPA, analytics, and data-driven decision support.

Role requirements

15+ years of finance operations experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles within a GCC or shared services environment.
Strong expertise across finance processes, including accounting, FPA support, financial reporting, AP / AR, treasury, and tax operations.
Proven experience building and scaling shared services, managing transitions, and delivering against SLAs and cost targets.
Hands-on exposure to ERP platforms and finance automation, with a strong understanding of controls, compliance, and audit requirements.
Excellent stakeholder and people leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and lead high-performing teams across regions.
