Work Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)
• Supervision of Accounts in Tally Software for various companies
• Processing Payroll for various companies including Payroll related compliances.
• Verifying Leave Data which impacts both Payroll and Billing
• Reconciliation of all data across all companies including Bank Reconciliation
• Ensuring timely compliance under various Acts including timely filing of returns
• Monitoring the Budget and preparing MIS reports as required.
• Excellent knowledge of GST compliances including filing refund application
• Manage Export Invoicing and related compliances.
• Liaison with Various external stakeholders like Bankers, Statutory Auditors, Statutory Department officials
• Supervising Quickbooks accounting for related US entities
Experience: 10 to 15 years in
• Tally Accounting Software & working knowledge of Quickbooks accounting software
• Handling Payroll Data
• Compliances across various Acts, as applicable to the group companies
• Excellent Knowledge of MS Office with emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Soft Skills:
• Communication – Excellent oral, written & Interpersonal Communication
• Multi- Tasker – Should be able to balance and prioritize work as required by the management from time to time.
• Dynamic & Persistent approach to work
• Ability to work independently.
