You will lead and scale all technical operations across our GenAI platforms.This is a Build Your Own Business (BYOB) model. The selected candidate will receive equity, profit-sharing, and a seat at the leadership table. You will co-own, co-lead, and co-grow SpeedTech.ai into a global success story.---Responsibilities:1. Lead engineering strategy and execution for all GenAI products2. Build and manage a world-class tech team3. Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems4. Drive tech roadmap, product releases, and innovation cycles5. Collaborate closely with the CEO, CTO, CIO, Sales, and product teams6. Represent SpeedTech to partners, clients, and investors when required---Requirements:1. 10 or more years of software engineering experience2. Prior leadership role in an AI, ML, or SaaS company preferred3. Strong skills in system design, cloud architecture, APIs, and AI integration4. Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to invest and commit long-term5. Open to a co-founder role with no fixed salary and shared ownership---Compensation:1. Equity and Profit Sharing2.
