Responsibilities: - Ideating and Sourcing Volunteering Opportunities: - Brainstorm and propose various volunteering activities for corporate partners, typically ranging from 4-8 hours. - Collaborate with multiple NGOs in areas such as environment, education, city, and animal welfare to create engaging opportunities. - Utilize networking skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders for successful partnerships. - Planning and Logistics: - Engage in meticulous planning, tracking, and project management to ensure successful volunteering projects. - Coordinate with NGOs and secure necessary permissions for collaboration with corporate partners, managing expectations effectively. - Showcase strong planning and troubleshooting abilities to navigate through potential challenges. - Implementation of Volunteering Activities: - Lead and inspire volunteers during activities like DIY sessions or clean-up drives, fostering a motivated and energetic environment. - Think on your feet and address problems swiftly during new projects, ensuring engaging and impactful volunteer events. - Utilize tracking and impact measurement skills to demonstrate the effectiveness of the projects, emphasizing the importance of reporting abilities.
