We are looking for motivated Voice/Chat BPO professionals to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate will manage customer interactions via voice calls and chat platforms, providing timely and effective solutions. This role requires excellent multitasking skills and the ability to maintain professionalism while handling diverse customer needs. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound voice calls professionally Provide support and assistance to customers via chat Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Collaborate with team members to meet service targets Follow company policies and communication guidelines Desired Candidate Profile: Prior experience in voice or chat process in a BPO environment preferred Strong customer service orientation Ability to multitask and handle pressure Good typing speed and computer skills Willingness to work in shifts, including rotational shifts Freshers with relevant skills can also apply
