Job description We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focusedChat Support Associateto join our team at Tesco. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling high-volume international chat support and possess excellent communication skills. We are looking for Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional support to customers through chat, resolving queries promptly and efficiently. Handle4-5 concurrent chatswhile maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction. Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards during interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns effectively. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. Requirements: Education:Graduate in any discipline. Experience:Minimum 1 year of experience ininternational chat support. Proven ability to handle4-5 chat concurrencyeffectively.
