Job Description

Description We are looking for a Senior Customer Support professional to join our team at Mphasis in India. This role is crucial in providing high-quality support to our clients and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in customer support and a passion for helping others. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes. Assist in training new team members on customer support protocols. Skills and Qualifications Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic knowledge of computer applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
