Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical voice support to customers through phone calls, emails, or chats.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to software products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify solutions for complex problems.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Meet performance targets for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-5 year of experience in a similar role (customer support/voice process).
  • Graduation degree (any specialization) from a recognized university.
  • Strong communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications and internet usage.
