Description

This role is for freshers/entry-level candidates who are looking to start their career in customer support. As a Voice Support representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their queries and providing solutions to their issues.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional voice support to customers through phone calls.
  • Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
