Voice Specialist

As a Voice & Chat Process Executive at our company, you will be an integral part of our team, representing us in communication with prospective students and universities. Your responsibilities will include handling voice and chat support for student inquiries, attending events on behalf of the Director, and managing university communications. In the role of Voice & Chat Support, you will be tasked with providing information about study abroad programs, university admissions, and visa processes to students via voice calls and live chat. You will address student concerns, answer questions, and guide them through our consultancy services in a clear and professional manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for event management on the Director's behalf, attending events, conferences, and meetings to interact with potential clients and ensure effective communication of our objectives. You will also be in charge of sending emails and formal correspondence to universities regarding student applications, offer letters, scholarships, and other related queries. Documentation and reporting are essential aspects of this role, as you will need to accurately document all interactions with students, universities, and event organizers. Reporting event outcomes, student inquiries, and university communications to the Director will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in a voice/chat support role, strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu, experience in event management, proficiency in email communication, strong organizational skills, and a bachelor's degree in any field.
