Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Design and deliver training programs for call center agents to improve their communication skills, product knowledge, and customer service quality.
  • Conduct process training sessions to ensure agents understand the company's policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Provide coaching to team leaders on effective leadership techniques and conflict resolution strategies.
  • Develop assessment tools to measure agent performance and provide feedback for improvement.

Job Requirements :

  • 4-10 years of experience in BPO/Call Center industry with a focus on training or coaching roles.
  • Strong background in process training, process coaching, OJT (On-the-Job Training), TNA (Training Needs Analysis) & TNI (Training Need Identification).
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to train diverse groups of people at all levels.
