Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests within stipulated timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide product/service information to customers clearly and confidently.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required.
  • Meet daily/weekly call targets and quality benchmarks.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Adhere to company policies, process guidelines, and compliance norms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills (English/Hindi/regional languages as applicable).
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage difficult conversations calmly.
  • Customer service orientation with a positive attitude.

- *Work:* 5 days a week, rotational shifts with Rotational Weekly Offs

- *Joining:* Immediate

- *Eligibility:* Graduate/Undergraduate with 1year experience in international voice process

- *Cab facility:* within 20 Km From Office
