Job Summary

The Voice Process Professional will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure excellent customer service. The role requires strong communication skills, active listening, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow call scripts, process guidelines, and quality standards.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues as needed.
Meet daily/weekly targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
Ensure high-quality service and maintain a positive customer experience.
Coordinate with internal teams when necessary.
