Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Telecaller to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in customer service, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle inbound calls from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
Respond to customer complaints and concerns professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Provide product information and resolve issues related to orders, returns, and exchanges.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
