Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities
• Conduct training sessions on voice modulation, pronunciation, and accent neutralization.• Develop and implement soft skills training programs focusing on communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.• Evaluate trainee progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.• Create training materials and resources to support training objectives.• Facilitate role-playing and interactive sessions to promote active learning.• Work closely with management to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.

Preferred candidate profile

4-6 years of experience in voice and accent training and soft skills training.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.• Proficient in using training tools and technologies for effective learning delivery.• Ability to assess training needs and design customized training programs.• Familiarity with adult learning principles and methodologies.• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.• Patience and adaptability to cater to diverse learning styles
