Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Voice and Accent Trainer to join our training team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving the voice, pronunciation, grammar, and accent of customer service representatives to meet international standards (primarily US). This is a night shift role aligned with US business hours



Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Voice & Accent training sessions for new hires and existing employees.

• Improve communication skills including grammar, pronunciation, clarity, tone, and fluency.

• Provide feedback and coaching to individuals and groups for continuous improvement.

•Develop and implement customized training modules based on team and individual needs.

• Evaluate trainees through assessments, role-plays, and call audits.

• Work closely with the Quality and Operations teams to align training with performance metrics.

• Maintain reports and documentation of training progress and performance.

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in communication and soft skills.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or related field preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Voice & Accent Trainer, preferably in a BPO/KPO environment.

• Excellent command of American English pronunciation and accent.

• Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills.

• Familiarity with neutralization techniques and US culture and idioms.

• Proficiency in using MS Office tools and virtual training platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, night shift environment. 


Preferred Attributes:

• Certification in Voice & Accent or Soft Skills Training is a plus.

• Experience in training for US customer service processes or technical support.
