Job Description

We KGiS hiring for Voice & Accent Trainer

Job Location:

Training the new hires on Voice & Accent concepts.
Coach the associates on call attributes.
Provide feedback and coaching for the associates on the floor.
Communicate using a neutral accent and excellent command over the language.
Good knowledge on concepts of Voice & Accent.
Fair knowledge on American Culture.
Should have experience taking calls-International.

Candidate Description:

The trainer should be willing to travel to Coimbatore for at least 2 months for Train the trainer, before taking up the role in Bangalore office.
Should be flexible with night shifts/rotational shifts.
Willingness to travel to Coimbatore /Bangalore on business requirement
