Job Title: Voice and Accent Trainer (VNA)


Location: Remote


Workdays - Tuesday - Sunday


Time - 10 AM - 7 PM


Job Type: Full Time


Overview:


We are looking for a skilled Voice and Accent Trainer to enhance our tutoring team’s communication capabilities. This role focuses on providing Voice and Accent (VNA) training specifically designed for tutors who deliver classes to students, ensuring effective communication without language barriers. The ideal candidate will have experience in the BPO sector with a strong emphasis on US clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Training Delivery: Conduct comprehensive VNA training sessions for tutors, focusing on neutralizing accents and improving pronunciation, clarity, and overall communication skills.


  • Curriculum Development: Create and refine training materials tailored to the specific needs of our tutors, incorporating techniques that enhance teaching effectiveness and student engagement.


  • Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate the progress of tutors through assessments and provide constructive feedback, helping them refine their communication skills for effective teaching.


  • Cultural Awareness: Provide insights into American cultural nuances and communication styles, enabling tutors to connect better with diverse student backgrounds.


  • Collaboration: Work closely with educational leadership to identify training needs and align VNA training with broader teaching goals and methodologies.


  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on best practices in voice and accent training, integrating new techniques and resources into training programs.


  • Reporting: Maintain detailed records of training sessions, participant progress, and outcomes to inform future training initiatives.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.

  

- Proven experience as a voice and accent trainer, preferably in the BPO industry or educational settings.


- Strong understanding of American English pronunciation and effective communication strategies.


- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey concepts clearly and engagingly.


- Experience working with diverse teams and adapting training methods to various learning styles.


- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire tutors.


- Certification in voice and accent training or related fields is a plus.
