Pi Vector focuses on international curriculums - IB and Cambridge, as well as popular Olympiads. While our priority in school curriculum is in IBDP and AS&A-Levels, we also cater to high school MYP and IGCSE. In Olympiads our flagship programs are AMC and CEMC, while we also help with UKMT and Asian Olympiads Online Tutor - IB- Economics Job Type: Full-time (work from home) Eligibility/Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Education, or a related field. A teaching qualification or certification in IB Economics is highly desirable. Teach key concepts in microeconomics, macroeconomics, international economics, and development economics in line with the IB syllabus. Proficiency with online teaching platforms and digital tools for conducting remote tutoring sessions, if applicable. Work Experience: 5 + years of teaching in the relevant area. Experience in teaching IBDP, AS&A Levels, IGCSE, ICSE. Remuneration: 3.6 LPA to 7 LPA (based on the eligibility and recruitment criteria) Working Days: 6 days, including Saturdays and Sundays, with one week off (Monday). Working Timings: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm Roles & Responsibilities: We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic IB Econonics Tutor to deliver high-quality, personalized instruction to students. This role involves helping students excel in their IB English courses and assessments through engaging and effective tutoring. Conduct Lessons: Deliver engaging and effective tutoring sessions in IB Economics for both Standard Level (SL) and Higher Level (HL) students. Curriculum Mastery: T each key concepts in microeconomics, macroeconomics, international economics, and development economics in line with the IB syllabus. Personalized Instruction: Assess individual student needs and tailor lessons to address their specific strengths and areas for improvement. Exam Preparation: Prepare students for all components of the IB Economics assessment, including internal assessments (IAs) and final exams, providing strategies for effective study and exam techniques. Resource Creation: Develop and share high-quality educational materials, including notes, practice questions, and model answers. Progress Tracking: Monitor student progress, provide regular feedback, and adjust teaching methods to ensure continuous improvement.
