Job Description

We are seeking a Training Specialist to assist employees in enhancing their communication skills and knowledge. As a trainer, you will not only be responsible for imparting knowledge and skills but also for inspiring and leading by example to achieve high levels of excellence. Your role will involve enhancing individual employees" competencies through the design and implementation of training programs that align with business needs and objectives. You will be tasked with conducting training needs assessments, creating and delivering curriculum and learning materials, as well as overseeing all aspects of training development. Your primary duty as a Voice & Accent Trainer will be to train new hires on essential Customer Service, Communication, Culture, and Comprehension skills. You will analyze needs, conduct research, and develop new training initiatives to enhance employees" skill sets. Additionally, you will design a variety of instructional materials and job aids based on identified needs, provide on-the-job training, coaching, and refresher sessions, collaborate with various teams for training project implementation and evaluation, and create assessments to measure performance effectively. Furthermore, you will engage employees through activities to drive maximum participation, keep records updated on policy amendments, contribute to process improvement and innovation, audit call and email cases to offer constructive feedback, conduct team huddles to address performance gaps, evaluate candidates" language and communication skills through interviews, ensure timely communication of process updates, and deliver client-specific training as required. We are looking for individuals with excellent written and oral communication skills, strong presentation and interpersonal abilities, at least 3-5 years of relevant training experience, knowledge of adult-learning principles, proficiency in MS Office applications, technical expertise in English grammar, adaptability to changes, ability to work independently and collaboratively, high energy levels, ethical conduct, willingness to work in shifts (primarily US shifts), effective prioritization and deadline management skills. The ideal candidate should hold a graduate degree in any field.,
