We are looking for a passionate Vocal & Singing Coach to inspire our students to find and nurture their unique voice. This is an opportunity to shape young musicians not only in technique, but also in confidence, creativity, and joy. As a Vocal Coach here, you’ll work with students across age groups to build vocal strength, understand musicality, explore genres, and perform with heart. From school choirs to solo performances to interdisciplinary collaborations — your role will be at the heart of our cultural and performing arts landscape. What You’ll Do: • Conduct group and individual vocal training sessions for students across different age groups (elementary to high school). • Teach vocal techniques, breathing, pitch, rhythm, articulation, and performance skills. • Introduce students to a variety of musical styles — from classical to contemporary, Indian to global. • Prepare students for school events, concerts, competitions, and inter-school collaborations. • Help students understand stage presence, expression, and storytelling through song. • Collaborate with other performing arts educators (instrumental, drama, dance) on integrated projects. • Foster a love of music and provide mentorship to students at different levels of skill. What We’re Looking For: • Strong background in vocal performance and pedagogy (formal qualifications or significant experience). • Ability to teach a wide range of styles — Indian, Western, contemporary, traditional. • Prior experience coaching/teaching school-age children is highly desirable. • Interpersonal and communication skills — able to motivate and inspire. • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit varying skill levels and learning styles. • Passion for working with young learners and building their confidence through music. • Collaborative spirit to contribute to school-wide events and performances.
