We’re Looking For:

• A strong foundation in

  middle school mathematics

  , with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Patience, empathy, and deep listening skills — especially important when supporting students who feel nervous or disconnected from math.
• A growth mindset and a

  willingness to co-create

  alongside colleagues and learners.
• Experience with ICSE is welcome, but we’re also open to innovative educators from other backgrounds.
