As a Voice & Accent Trainer, your role involves delivering voice and accent training for new hires and existing employees supporting international processes. You will conduct assessments and provide actionable feedback to improve language, pronunciation, and accent. Your responsibility will include developing and updating training modules tailored to international customer service standards. Additionally, you will perform regular communication audits and provide floor support/coaching based on training needs. Collaboration with operations, quality, and L&D teams is crucial to identify communication-related gaps and address them through structured interventions.
