Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive VMware Administrator to manage and maintain our virtual infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of VMware technologies and a strong background in server administration, system troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain VMware vSphere environments, including ESXi hosts and vCenter Servers.
• Deploy, configure, and manage virtual machines (VMs) and templates.
• Monitor system performance and resource utilization; proactively address potential issues.
• Perform regular patching, updates, and upgrades of VMware environments.
• Manage backup and disaster recovery processes for virtual infrastructure.
• Implement security best practices and support compliance initiatives.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to virtualization.
• Collaborate with network, storage, and security teams to ensure integrated operations.
• Maintain documentation on configurations, procedures, and policies.
• Provide technical support and guidance to IT staff and end-users as needed.
